Kevin oversees the Campus Life team, including Campus Activities and Residence Life & Housing. Campus Life works collaboratively to support Dickinson’s residential experience through campus engagement experiences from orientation to graduation.
Kevin is passionate about student leadership and has a proven track record of leading through change. We have already benefited from Kevin’s energy and experience in supporting the residential student experience. Kevin came to Dickinson from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and not only took on this new role in the spring of 2023 but also completed his dissertation focused on perceptions of social relationship networks on the career advancement of student affairs professionals, with emphasis on both perceived and real differences by race and gender to complete his Ph.D. in Administration and Leadership in Nonprofit and Public Management. Kevin lives in Carlisle with his partner and two children.

Laurie is a U.S. Navy veteran who has worked at Dickinson for over 15 years. Laurie is often the first person you see when you enter the office. She manages many of the day-to-day functions of the office, including key pickup and return, lock changes, appointment scheduling, work order assistance, and more. Please stop by if you have any questions about Campus Life; she will gladly help.
Laurie and her husband have two grown children and two dogs. They enjoy traveling and spending time with their granddaughter, Zoe.

Dean graduated from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania, earning his Bachelor of Science in Marketing & Management. His junior and senior years were spent as a Resident Assistant for the Office of Student Affairs. After graduating from Mansfield, Dean went to Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, and worked as a Residence Hall Director. There, he earned a Master of Science in Management: Operational Excellence, which focused heavily on leadership styles and team development tactics. At Dickinson, Dean works with a team of Assistant Directors to promote a safe and enriching environment for all students on campus. He is very excited to be able to continue the work and passion that drove him into higher education initially.
Dean oversees the following residential facilities: Atwater, Armstrong, Baird-McClintock, Buchanan, Conway, Davidson-Wilson, Kisner-Woodward, McKenney Suites, Longsdorff, and Spradley-Young.

Kimberly earned her Master's in Higher Education from Messiah University in 2022 and joined the Campus Life team in 2024. She loves welcoming students to Dickinson through orientation and then providing opportunities for connection through campus activities. Kimberly lives in Mechanicsburg with her husband and loves to read, travel, and root for the Phillies!

Ryan is a Dickinson alumnus, class of ’23, joining the college as a professional staff member in July 2023. He received his B.A. in International Business and Management. His larger projects center heavily on student involvement and leadership, including Pre-Orientation, Emerging Leaders Retreat, Leadership Recognition Ceremony, hosting Dickinson's annual LeaderShape program, the fall and spring Activities/Involvement Fair, and advisement of MOB (student events programming board). He is excited to explore a variety of programming opportunities and find new ways for students, staff, and faculty to get involved.

Indigo Cadogan recently graduated from Dickinson College in 2026 with a bachelor's degree in English. As a student, Indigo held several positions across campus, giving her a broad understanding of the Dickinson community and student experience. In her role as Project Coordinator for Campus Life, Indigo supports orientation, campus activities, outdoor education, and student programming. She is excited to help students get involved, create meaningful events, and make the most of her time at Dickinson.
